Accutool operate from a 17,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant in Dublin 15, we have a wide variety of production and Test Equipment and these machines are available on a 24-hour x 7 days basis when required.

CNC Wire Spark Erosion
Mitsubishi RA90 EDM wire spark erosion with a machining capability of 350 x 250 x 200 mm and exclusive Mitsubishi cutting technology.
The process enables us to machine extremely complex parts in very hard materials such as Diamond, Tungsten Carbide or hardened tool steel.
These machines have a capacity of 300 x 200 mm machining area and can cut materials up to 75 mm thick they operate on a 3rd axis and can cut with a wire thickness of 0.1 mm.
